Our company incorporation is under the name Shed-Shop, Inc. and we do business as Hoffmann Tool & Die. We are a privately held firm and are considered a Woman Owned Small Business for government purchasing.

About the Owners

Hoffmann Tool & Die was purchased by Sharon and William (Bill) Doucet in February of 2006.  

Bill achieved his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. While working for Ford Motor Company, Bill achieved his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. Bill worked in the corporate world for several years in Sales and Engineering. His last position before the purchase of Hoffmann Tool & Die was a Senior Product Engineer for Teleflex. 

Sharon is a British Trained Nursery Nurse and worked for several years all around the world as a British Trained Nanny.
